Workshop Policies & Guidelines
Private Events: Full venue rental required for catered events by a per hour basis. All private workshops are charged a 20% service charge.
Insurance: Standard Certificate of Insurance available upon request for corporate events. Please note our COI is provided as-is and cannot be amended.
Capacity & Safety: Venue capacity and workshop sizes are set to ensure a safe, quality experience for all participants. We reserve the right to modify or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances with rescheduling as the main option, refunds dependent on circumstances.
Workshop Safety: While we provide thorough safety guidance, participants assume responsibility when using workshop tools and materials including but not limited to scissors, glue guns, and heated vessels. All participants must follow provided safety instructions.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than two weeks before the scheduled workshop date are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Photography & Media: We may photograph workshops for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you have specific privacy requirements for corporate events.
Weather & Force Majeure: For off-site workshops, we reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. Alternative dates will be provided.
Health & Wellness: Participants should notify us of any plant allergies or relevant health concerns prior to the workshop. Some materials may contain natural elements that could cause sensitivities.
Custom Requests: While we strive to accommodate special requests, availability of specific plants or materials may vary. Seasonal substitutions of equal value may be made when necessary.
Booking Policies: All bookings are considered final once payment is received. Changes to workshop date or format must be requested at least two weeks in advance.
